Prep¶
Rice
Green Chilles => 2 => Chopped
Peanuts => 1/4 Cup => Dry Roast
Process¶
Oil
Red chilles (Whole) => Let it fry
Mustard seeds => Let them splutter
Fenugreek Seeds, Chana dal, Peanuts => Cook them properly, medium flame
Curry leaves, green chilles, hing => mix well
Turmeric powder
Tamrind Juice => 1 cup
Red chilli, coriander, cumin
Cook for 10-12 mins => till oil oozes out
Add salt
Check the seasonings
